Sarah first rode from Land's End to John O Groats in May 2018 to raise awareness and money for the Congenital Myotonic Dystrophy Fight Fund.
Her trike, that she shares with Josh, is called The Chariot of Hope and so the ride became The Ride of Hope.
This is now an annual event that is growing each year.
Sarah is one of the founders of Positive Aid for Kids and intends to use any future funds raised from this event to go towards purchasing equipment that the children may need.
